Bio, Tech and Beyond
Bio, Tech and Beyond (BTNB) operates a 7,000 ft2 research facility at 6076 Corte Del Cedro, Carlsbad, California 92011. We acquired the building as our new permanent home in 2019. The facility includes a separate tissue culture room, fume hoods, dedicated chemical-resistant lab benches, -80C and -20C cold storage and about 30 pieces of shared laboratory equipment.
Murrieta Innovation Center
The Innovation Center supports new and innovative companies that are focused on Healthcare Technologies and Medical Devices. To date we are home to nine start-ups in the Southwest Riverside County area & house several resource organizations.
North County Biotech Incubator
North County Biotech Laboratories (NCBL) founded its private, fully equipped labs to advance research in innovative, novel therapies and medicines. In secure labs, scientific teams can access furnished labs immediately to expand research or develop proof-of-concept for their investors, free of concerns about contamination or safety of their IP and can focus on the science. NCBL operates under BSL2 and BSL2+ biological safety practices with very strict standards. Confidentiality agreements are signed with no claim on a tenant’s IP and no interest in shared revenue. NCBL’s aim is to help advance cures and breakthroughs that will serve the greater good.

CoMotion Labs provides a multi-industry incubation environment for early-stage startups. While preference is given to UW spinoffs, we accept startups from outside the UW community as well.
