The Trevor Project is the world’s largest suicide prevention and crisis intervention organization for LGBTQ (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, and Questioning) young people. The organization works to save young lives by providing support through free and confidential suicide prevention and crisis intervention programs on platforms where young people spend their time: our 24/7 phone lifeline, chat, text and soon-to-come integrations with social media platforms.

Bob Radin is a Lecturer at Boston College who teaches management and corporate governance courses in the Graduate School of Management. He also runs a CEO interview series called the Manager’s Studio. His research has focused on power and influence in the boardroom and governance in the mutual funds industry. In addition, he serves as an executive coach to executives in the financial services industry and early stage companies and is a co-founder of Frost Ice Loft located in the Faneuil Hall Marketplace.

Colonna is a certified professional coach, Colonna draws on his wide variety of experiences to help clients design a more conscious life and make needed changes to their career to improve their performance and satisfaction. He established his coaching practice in 2007. Prior to this work, Colonna was venture capitalist focused on investing in early stage technology-related startups.
Laura brings years of experience working with managers and leaders at tech companies and beyond to her practice. In her role at HubSpot as their VP of Leadership & Management, as well as in her former role as a Global Lead for Manager & Leadership Development Programs at Google, she helped people managers and leaders strategically approach the challenges of leading at scale. Run by The Leadership Challenge, the Leadership Practices Inventory Assessment draws attention to an individual’s strengths and areas for improvement as a leader by measuring how often they practice exemplary leadership behavior.
