The Ipsen Innovation Center BioLabs is a biotech accelerator located in Kendall Square, the global heart of biotech innovation. The Center is a collaborative space for early-stage life sciences entrepreneurs, researchers and investors to bring new therapies for patients globally, including those living with cancer, rare diseases and neurological disorders. Powered by BioLabs, a 15,000 sq. ft. shared office and lab space accommodates 15-20 emerging biotech companies—providing a supportive environment that pairs the logistics of fully-equipped lab, office, meeting and event spaces with exclusive access to in-house experts from Ipsen’s world class R&D team through educational programs, mentoring sessions and office hours.
Eisai Innovation Center Bio Labs
Eisai Innovation Center Bio Labs focuses on nurturing neuroscience breakthroughs. The incubator provides space to Cambridge-based start-up/spin-out companies focused on: Discovering and developing novel therapeutics, platforms, or both and conducting high-risk but potentially transformative research that can impact the discovery of breakthrough neuroscience therapies.
Cambridge Scientific Labs
Cambridge Scientific Labs, formally Arsenal Lab Space is Now Offering New Biotech Incubator Labs, Private Suites and Shared Lab Suites. Lab sizes range from 350 to 1,500 square feet. Larger sized labs include private offices, conference rooms, and kitchens. All labs have guaranteed 24/7 access.
The Pagliuca Harvard Life Lab is a 15,000-square-foot state-of-the-art wet laboratory and co-working space for high-potential biotech and life science ventures at Harvard. Companies in our intimate, highly curated community thrive with the support of the Harvard and LabCentral ecosystems.
The Engine, built by MIT, is building a 150,000 sq/ft of lab, office, and industrial space opening in fall 2022. Specialized equipment for lab work, fabrication, and engineering will be available onsite and through a network of partner facilities throughout New England.
