Leone is the Head of Operations for the Encode: AI for Science Fellowship at Pillar VC. She manages events and programs to help Pillar grow its community in the UK.

Prior to joining Pillar VC, Leone was Head of Community and Talent at MCJ Collective, where she built and operationalized a vetted network of over 3,000 tech leaders focused on climate innovation. She is also the founder and co-editor of Following the Footprints, a platform for sustainability professionals that highlights how consumer goods companies are innovating to become more sustainable.
