These Terms of Use (“Terms”) describe the rules for using the Pillar website and proprietary software platform (collectively, the \u201cPlatform\u201d). The purpose of the Platform is to collect and promote sharing of information, knowledge and experiences of founders and other founders to other founders and other founders (the \u201cServices\u201d). Terms such as “we” or “our” and “Company” or \u201cPillar\u201d refer to Pillar, Inc. and its affiliate entities. Pillar does not, and none of the Services made available on our Platform are intended to, provide legal, tax, accounting or investment advice or services.
