Glia AI, a Pillar VC portfolio company focused on autonomous system design and operations, is seeking a Summer Associate. A spinout of MIT led by Mohammad Alizadeh and Hari Balakrishnan, insights and ideas that catalyzed the company are based on 10 years of research at MIT CSAIL.

In this role, you will facilitate and document customer conversations, distilling key feedback, and managing follow-up communication. The right candidate is a detail-oriented self-starter with experience working in startups. Technical/PM experience is a plus, but is not required.

Boston-based, potentially open to remote candidates.
This is a paid position.
Start and end date are flexible.
Candidates will ideally be open to working from now through September 1, 2025 or beyond.
Flexible hours, ideally between 10 – 40 hours per week.
